Executive Summary
In the annual country classification review of FTSE for 2017, it was decided that Kuwait would be included under secondary emerging markets category from 2018 increasing the tally of GCC countries to 3 under secondary emerging markets. Saudi Arabia continues to remain in the watch list for a secondary market inclusion as it looks likely that the inclusion could be finalized during its status review in March 2018.Table of Content
